  1. Open any browser and enter the login URL above to enter the login page.
  2. Fill in the complete email account number in the EMAIL input box, and fill in the email login password in the input box below.
  3. Click the "Click to verify" verification button on the page, and wait for the button to change color (turn green) to complete the man-machine verification; do not click on login until verification is completed, it will be intercepted directly.
  4. After the verification is passed, click the blue "Login" button to enter the mailbox inbox.

  1. Open the email APP, select "Add Account", and clickmanually configureThe protocol is IMAP.

3. Steps to modify the email password on the webpage

  1. Log in to the FirstMail web mailbox normally.
  2. There are two ways to enter the settings: Method 1: Click "Settings" directly on the menu bar on the left side of the page; Method 2: Click the account avatar in the upper right corner of the page and select "Personal Data Settings".
  3. Find the password modification option on the settings page, enter the current old password, and then set the new password.
  4. Save the submission and complete the password modification.

4. Precautions for use

  1. This mailbox is an overseas mailbox and requires compliance with overseas networks throughout the entire process. If network abnormalities occur, verification failure, failure to receive mail, and client connection timeout will occur.
  2. The server load is high during the day, which is prone to stuck in sending and receiving emails and blank loading. When encountering any abnormalities, it is recommended to change to the night time and try again.
  3. The password must be kept properly. The account does not support self-service password recovery. Forgotten passwords cannot be recovered.
  4. The IMAP server parameters are fixed, and SSL/TLS must be selected for encryption, and port 993 must be selected. Misfilling will cause the client to be unable to connect to the mailbox.
  5. When the man-machine verification button remains green, it is prohibited to click on login. It will directly determine the operation is intercepted and the page needs to be refreshed for verification.
