- Operation steps to restore network settings (use for deep network failures): ① Open your mobile phone [Settings] → [General] → [Transfer or Restore iPhone] → [Restore] ② Select [Restore Network Settings] and enter the lock screen password to confirm. Note: This operation will clear the saved Wi-Fi password and VPN configuration. Mobile phone photos, software and other data will not be deleted. After restoring, you can reconnect to the network and then log in to the store.
Method 3: Check the status of Apple's official servers
Visit the Apple System Status page to check the status of the App Store and Apple ID services; if the corresponding service displays a red fault flag, it means that Apple's server is down and you wait for official repair before logging in.
Method 4: Upgrade the iOS system
Compatibility bugs in older versions of the system will cause store login failure: ① Go to [Settings] → [General] → [Software Update] ② Click [Download and Install] after detecting the new version, and try login again after the update is complete.
