2. Step-by-step operation process

  1. The browser opens Apple's official website above and enters the Apple ID account number and login password.
  2. A prompt for receiving a Captcha pops up on the page, click [No Captcha Received], and then select [More Options].
  3. Click [Don't recognize this number], and click [Close] in the pop-up window.
  4. Fill in the matching date of birth for the account and click [Continue].
  5. Enter the answer to all password protection of your account, and click [Continue] after completing the verification.
  6. Confirm that dual authentication is turned off, and click [Continue] again.
  7. Set a new Apple ID login password, and click [Continue] after filling it in.
  8. Finally, click [Close] to complete the cancellation of dual authentication.

3. Important restrictions and reminders

  1. Only enable dual authenticationwithin two weeksA cancellation operation can be performed, and official channels cannot be closed for more than two weeks;
  2. The birthday and secret answers required for operation are all included in the supporting information of the purchase account and are saved in advance;
  3. If you use ordinary domestic networks throughout the entire process, the accelerator/agent will cause page verification to fail;
